Designed by Mashal Architects under the direction of Ar. Ahmed Mashal, the Kasaragod Residence Villa unites architecture and interiors into a seamless whole. Defined by geometric clarity, natural finishes, and carefully curated interiors, the project embodies contemporary living with a refined yet grounded character.
A restrained palette defines the design, where textured neutrals are paired with natural wood cladding to introduce warmth. Large glass openings allow daylight to flood the interiors, while muted tones of beige, white, and stone grey highlight the structure’s modernist character. The material expression is both durable and refined, ensuring that the villa ages gracefully while maintaining a timeless appeal.
Wooden accents, muted flooring, and ambient lighting create a calm atmosphere, while custom detailing in furniture and cabinetry ensures functionality without compromising aesthetics. The overall interior language complements the bold exterior, resulting in a cohesive home environment.
